Milan, May 28 (LaPresse) – Hamas has issued an official statement saying that "the latest efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip include reaching an agreement with the US envoy Steve Witkoff on a framework of principles to achieve a permanent ceasefire." This was reported by Ynet. Hamas clarified that the agreement involves "a complete withdrawal from the Strip, a flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and the transfer of the administration of the Strip to a technical committee following the announcement of the agreement."
