Milan, May 28 (LaPresse) – “If I understood correctly what I read, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said at a press conference that he had intended from the beginning to fund the production of missiles of any range in Ukraine. Apparently, we are not talking about the delivery of German missiles. This needs to be verified,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, as reported by the Tass news agency. “Both of these things amount to escalating tensions, a form of support for the war,” he added. “Germany is directly getting involved in this war.”
