Turin, May 29 (LaPresse) – Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov described the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s demand to immediately hand over the draft Russian memorandum on the agreement as unconstructive.
"Russia has indeed proposed to meet in Istanbul on Monday and begin discussing these drafts. Therefore, insisting on receiving it immediately is not constructive. At this point, we must either confirm our willingness to continue negotiations or do the opposite," Peskov told reporters, as quoted by Interfax.
