Warsaw (Poland), June 1 (LaPresse) – Polling stations are open in Poland for the second round of the presidential elections. Poles are beginning to vote for a new president in a decisive runoff. The contest is between the liberal candidate, Warsaw’s mayor Rafal Trzaskowski, and the sovereignist Karol Nawrocki. The vote could determine the political future of the nation and its relations with the European Union.
