Ukraine, memorandum Moscow demands recognition of occupied regions as Russian

Milan, 2 June (LaPresse) – The memorandum presented by Russia to Ukraine during the second round of talks held today in Istanbul calls for the recognition of Crimea and the partially occupied regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson as Russian territories. This was reported by the Russian news agency Interfax, which released the text of the memorandum.
