Rome, June 8 (LaPresse) – Ukraine was supposed to receive 20,000 missiles to combat Russian drones, but the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump decided to transfer them to the Middle East. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with ABC, as reported by RBC-Ukraine. “We were counting on this project: 20,000 missiles to fight the 'Shaheds'. It was inexpensive, but it involved special technology,” Zelensky said. “This morning, my Defense Minister told me that the United States transferred them to the Middle East.”
