Rome, June 11 (LaPresse) – IDF troops have recovered the body of slain hostage Yair Yaakov during an operation in the Gaza Strip, according to his son Yagil, as reported by the Times of Israel. The Israeli military has not yet commented on the operation. Yaakov, 59, was abducted from his home in the Nir Oz kibbutz on October 7. His sons, Or and Yagil Yaakov, were also kidnapped that day from their mother’s nearby house, also in Nir Oz.
