Rome, 13 June (LaPresse) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, in a letter addressed to the President of the UN Security Council and the UN Secretary-General, has described Israel's attack as ‘a declaration of war against the Islamic Republic of Iran’.
