Rome, 14 June (LaPresse) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has spoken with US President Donald Trump, according to Anadolu. During the meeting, Erdogan stressed that Turkey ‘is closely monitoring the tension between Iran and Israel and believes that the nuclear negotiations are the only solution to resolve the dispute’. In this context, Erdogan said that the US position that nuclear negotiations should continue to resolve the dispute ‘is shared.’ During the meeting, President Erdogan also said that Turkey ‘is ready to do everything possible to prevent an uncontrolled escalation of tensions.’
