Milan, 27 June (LaPresse) – China has confirmed a breakthrough in trade talks with the United States, announcing that Beijing ‘will review and approve export requests for controlled items in accordance with laws and regulations, while the US side will lift a series of restrictive measures against China accordingly’. The announcement was made by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. Yesterday, US President Donald Trump announced that a trade agreement had been signed with China and that another ‘big’ agreement ‘is coming, maybe with India,’ but did not provide details.
