Rome, 9 July (LaPresse) – With President Mattarella we discussed "the establishment of a Special Tribunal for Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine. I invited Italy to ratify the Agreement in question so that the Tribunal can start operating as soon as possible". This was written on X by the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky.
