Milan, 11 July (LaPresse) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said he did not discuss the fate of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) during yesterday's meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. ‘It was not discussed,’ Lavrov told reporters at the end of the Russia-ASEAN meetings in Malaysia, responding to a question on the matter, as reported by the Russian news agency Ria Novosti.
