Brussels, 18 July (LaPresse) – "I welcome the agreement on our 18th package of sanctions against Russia. We are hitting the heart of the Russian war machine. Targeting the banking, energy and military-industrial sectors and including a new dynamic cap on oil prices. The pressure is high. It will remain in place until Putin ends this war. Thank you to the Danish Presidency for this first success." So said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on social media.
