Milan, 23 July (LaPresse) – Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia scheduled for today in Istanbul will begin tonight. This is according to the Tass news agency, citing a source from the Russian delegation who explained that the talks will begin when the delegation arrives in Turkey. The Moscow delegation is led by presidential adviser Vladimir Medinsky, while the Kiev delegation is led by National Security and Defence Council Secretary Rustem Umerov. This is the third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
