Turin, 3 August (LaPresse) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had ‘long conversations’ with the families of hostages Evyatar David and Rom Braslavski on Saturday evening. This was reported by the Prime Minister's office, quoted by the Times of Israel. Netanyahu expressed ‘deep shock’ at the videos released in recent days by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad showing the two hostages, and told the families that ‘efforts to bring all our hostages home are ongoing and will continue without pause or respite.’ ‘Hamas terrorists are also deliberately starving Gaza residents and preventing them from receiving aid, all while fuelling a false propaganda campaign against Israel,’ the prime minister added, finally urging ‘the nations of the world’ to condemn the ‘criminal, Nazi-like abuses committed by the Hamas terrorist organisation.’
