Washington (USA), August 6 (LaPresse) – The meeting between Donald Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, and Vladimir Putin “went well,” and “the Russians are eager to continue engaging with the United States.” This was reported by a White House official, quoted by Axios journalist Barak Ravid.
However, the official added that secondary sanctions are still expected to be imposed on Friday.
