Rome, 10 August (LaPresse) – During an interview with ARD, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said he “hopes” and “takes for granted” that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be involved in the meeting scheduled in Alaska between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Merz reiterated that territorial issues between Moscow and Kiev cannot be ‘discussed or even decided without involving Europeans and Ukrainians.’
