Milan, 12 August (LaPresse) – The death toll from attacks launched today by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip has risen to at least 18. In the Khan Younis governorate, at least five people were killed in an Israeli attack on a tent housing displaced civilians in the al-Mawasi area. In Gaza City, which Israel has said it wants to capture, at least four people were killed and others were wounded in an air strike on an apartment in the al-Sahaba area. This was reported by Al Jazeera. At least four people were killed in an attack on the al-Nadeem family home. Three more people were killed in an attack on the al-Hasari family home near the al-Faruq mosque, and about 20 people were trapped under the rubble. At least one person was killed in an attack on the Salmi family home, west of the University College area.
