Rome, August 14 (LaPresse) – Twenty-eight Palestinians, including six children, have landed at Ciampino Airport after being evacuated from the Gaza Strip as part of Italy’s humanitarian efforts to assist the civilian population in Gaza.
The C-130 military aircraft that transported them landed around 11:30 p.m., accompanied by Civil Protection personnel.
Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani was there to welcome them.
