Germany: Buchenwald Memorial may deny entry to visitors wearing keffiyehs

Frankfurt (Germany), 20 August. (LaPresse) – The memorial at the former Nazi concentration camp in Buchenwald may deny entry to anyone wearing the so-called Palestinian keffiyeh. This was ruled by the Higher Administrative Court of Thuringia in Weimar, following a complaint filed by a woman who, wearing the keffiyeh, wanted to protest against current Israeli policies.
