Washington (USA), August 27 (LaPresse) – The shooter at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis has been “contained” and is no longer a threat, local authorities reported. It is unclear whether the assailant was killed or arrested. “I pray for our children and teachers, whose first week of school was shattered by this horrible act of violence,” wrote Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on social media. According to early reports, at least 20 people were injured. According to the school’s website, which has classes from kindergarten through eighth grade, a mass for all students was scheduled this morning at 8:15 a.m. local time.
