Ukraine: death toll from Russian raids on Kyiv rises to 23
Milan, 29 August. (LaPresse) – The death toll from yesterday's Russian missile and drone attack on Kiev has risen to 23, with rescue operations still ongoing. This was announced on Telegram by Tymur Tkachenko, head of the military administration of the Ukrainian capital, according to Ukrinform. “Unfortunately, the number of victims in Kiev has risen to 23,” the post reads.
