Turin, 29 August (LaPresse) – "On the day of the meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska, I said “there is light at the end of the tunnel”. But there is still a long way to go. So I am not very optimistic that there will be a meeting between Putin and Zelensky “in the very near future, or even for the end of the war”. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani in Copenhagen. ‘If all goes well, we will reach the end of the year. So there is still a lot to do, a lot of work to be done. We must strengthen Ukraine so that it can be an interlocutor with Moscow and not a victim that has to bow its head,’ Tajani added.
