The terrorist group said it was ‘ready to sit down immediately at the negotiating table to discuss the release of all prisoners in exchange for a clear declaration of the end of the war, a total withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and the creation of an independent Palestinian committee to manage the Gaza Strip’.
