Hanoi, September 29 (LaPresse) – At least nine people have died and 17 have been injured following Typhoon Bualoi, which made landfall in Vietnam in the early hours of the morning. State media reported this, specifying that Bualoi was later downgraded to a severe tropical storm and moved into Laos. In the Philippines, the typhoon had caused at least 20 deaths, mostly from drowning or falling trees.
