Milan, Oct. 4 (LaPresse) – The IDF has received the order to halt offensive operations in Gaza City, as U.S. President Donald Trump pushes to end the war. The Times of Israel reports this, noting that the army is still conducting defensive operations and that the IDF previously stated that Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir had ordered troops to “eliminate any threat.” Palestinian media report that some attacks are still ongoing. Four people were killed in a strike in the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, while according to Palestinian media, artillery shelling occurred in an area north of Bureij in central Gaza and in the Khan Younis area in the southern part of the Strip.
