Turin, 10 October (LaPresse) – ‘Russia is worse than Hamas. Even Hamas has accepted ceasefires and attempts at peace. On the contrary, Moscow continues the senseless war it started, a war it cannot and will not win.’ Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrij Sybiha wrote this on X, commenting on the massive Russian attack on Ukrainian energy facilities. ‘I urge all partners to respond decisively,’ he explains. ‘Putin acted on 10 October, the anniversary of the first massive attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure in 2022. This is a deliberate demonstration that he has not changed his aggressive actions, terrorist methods and ultimatums in three years, continuing to reject any meaningful diplomacy and any efforts for peace,’ he adds.
