Washington (USA), 16 October. (LaPresse) – The phone call with Vladimir Putin was ‘very productive’ and ‘great progress’ was made. Donald Trump wrote this on Truth, announcing that ‘next week there will be a meeting of our Senior Advisors. The first meetings with the United States will be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, along with several other people who will be designated. The location of the meeting has yet to be determined.’ Subsequently, the US president announced, ‘President Putin and I will then meet at an agreed location, Budapest, Hungary, to assess whether we can end this “inglorious” war between Russia and Ukraine. President Zelensky and I will meet tomorrow in the Oval Office, where we will discuss my conversation with President Putin and much more,’ Trump concluded.
