Moscow, Oct. 23 (LaPresse) – At least nine people have been killed in an explosion at a plant in Kopeysk, in the Chelyabinsk region. The news was reported by Tass, citing a post on Telegram by the regional governor, Alexey Teksler.
“At this time, nine people have been confirmed dead. Five others were injured, and our medical staff are doing everything possible to stabilize their condition. We are updating information on those still missing,” he wrote.
