Turin, 21 Nov. (LaPresse) – Russia has not officially received any plan from the United States to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, quoted by Ria Novosti. At the moment, there are ‘many leaks in the media: discussions, points, plans,’ she explained. ‘Some articles mention a certain number of points, others a different number. Officially, the Russian side has not received anything in this regard,’ Zakharova added. At the same time, the spokesperson stressed that Russia ‘is open to dialogue.’
