(LaPresse) – ‘We have been provided with a draft that is currently under discussion and which, of course, will be subject to review and amendment, both on our part and, most likely, on the part of Ukraine, the US and Europe.’ This was stated by Yuri Ushakov, advisor to the Russian president, according to reports by the Russian news agency Interfax. ‘So far, no one has discussed it with us,’ he added.
