Turin, 1 December (LaPresse) – ‘We are trying to end this war with all our strength and to end this war in a dignified manner.’ This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky speaking at a press conference alongside French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, calling in particular for ‘solid’ security guarantees. ‘Russia must end this war that it started. It is its war, and it is up to Russia to end it,’ he explained, reiterating the need to ‘preserve Ukraine's independence.’
