Rome, Dec. 9 (LaPresse) – Donbass “is a historical territory” of Russia. This was stated by Vladimir Putin during a meeting of the Russian Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights. This was reported by Ria Novosti. The Kremlin leader added that Moscow “is trying to end the war that began with the coup in Ukraine and is forced to do so by force of arms.”
