Moscow, Dec. 16 (LaPresse) – Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has refused to comment on European security guarantees for Ukraine until he has reviewed the text of the joint statement by EU leaders following the Berlin talks. This was reported by the Russian news agency Tass. “So far we have only seen the news reported by newspapers, but we do not intend to respond. We have not yet seen any text,” Peskov said, responding to a question about the Kremlin’s assessment of the joint statement on security guarantees for Kyiv.
