Washington (USA), 18 December (LaPresse) – Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee have released several photos from Jeffrey Epstein's archive, which were handed over in recent months by the former financier's estate administrators. Tomorrow is the deadline for the Department of Justice to publish all Epstein files still in its possession. The five photographs, released without any context, include an image of a Ukrainian passport with a woman's name on it; philosopher Noam Chomsky on a plane with Epstein; and Bill Gates posing for a photo with a woman whose face has been blurred by Democratic members of the committee. In addition, the images also include a screenshot of part of a text message conversation in which a person discusses sending girls: ‘I don't know, try sending someone else. I have a friend who is a talent scout, she sent me some girls today. But she charges $1,000 per girl. I'll send you some girls now. Maybe some of them will be good for J?’, reads the series of messages. The individual then sends a detailed description that includes name, ‘18 years old,’ height, measurements, weight, a note about the Schengen area, and a ‘city of departure.’ Many details are obscured, although the age, a check mark next to Schengen, and Russia are visible. Finally, a fifth photograph shows a woman's foot with a quote from ‘Lolita’, Vladimir Nabokov's novel about a man's sexual obsession with a 12-year-old girl, written on it. It is unclear when or where the photos were taken, or by whom.
