Milan, 30 December (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that, in the context of the peace process, there are documents that will be ready for signing as early as January. This was reported by Ukrinform. ‘There are documents that will definitely be ready for signing in January. This depends on the ability and willingness of the parties to sign them,’ Zelensky said in response to a question from journalists, stressing that he is ready to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in order for the negotiations to be successfully concluded. Zelensky said that the sixth document currently under negotiation is a step-by-step plan for the implementation of the peace agreement and security guarantees. Ukrinform recalls that earlier, after the talks on 16 December in Berlin, Zelensky said that five documents had been discussed to end the war, some on security guarantees and others on the issue of post-war reconstruction.
