Moscow aims to obstruct real progress towards peace by Ukraine and its Western partners." This was written in a message on X by the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the EU, Kaja Kallas, regarding Moscow's statements on the alleged Ukrainian attack on a residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. ‘No one should accept unfounded claims from the aggressor who has indiscriminately targeted Ukraine's infrastructure and civilians since the beginning of the war,’ Kallas added.
