Rome, Jan. 1 (LaPresse) – “We have six missing and 13 Italian nationals hospitalized in various Swiss facilities and at Niguarda Hospital in Milan,” said Italian ambassador to Switzerland Gian Lorenzo Cornado on Tg1, speaking about the Crans-Montana tragedy, the New Year’s Eve bar fire in which more than 40 people lost their lives. He added: “Cantonal authorities, during a briefing a short while ago, reported that the number of victims not yet identified is 47, while the number of injured is 112, of whom 107 have been identified. The authorities are directly informing the families of the injured.”
