Milan, Jan. 5 (LaPresse) – There are currently 86 Italian citizens stranded on the island of Socotra, Yemen. According to reports, the Italian nationals are staying in various hotels and campsites with different tour operators and are therefore not part of a single group. The Crisis Unit, in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is working with the various tour operators and the embassy in Riyadh, which is responsible for Yemen, to facilitate their return.
