Turin, 6 January (LaPresse) – Venezuela's interim president Delcy Rodríguez is cooperating. This was stated by President Donald Trump in an interview with NBC News, adding that Secretary of State Marco Rubio ‘speaks fluent Spanish’ and that their ‘relationship is very strong’. Trump indicated that the US could launch a second military incursion into Venezuela if Rodríguez stopped cooperating with US officials, but said he did not believe that would be necessary.
