Milan, 18 January (LaPresse) – Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said that ‘the Kingdom of Denmark is receiving great support’. She added that she had had ‘intense dialogue’ with allies, including the United Kingdom, France and Germany. ‘I am pleased with the consistent messages coming from the rest of the continent: Europe will not allow itself to be blackmailed,’ she said, ‘at the same time, it is now even clearer that this is an issue that goes far beyond our borders.’ This was reported by the BBC. Frederiksen finally emphasised: ‘We want to cooperate and we are not the ones seeking conflict.’
