Milan, 18 January (LaPresse) – "Last night, over 200 combat drones were launched against us. The regions of Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi and Odessa were attacked. Dozens of people were injured, including a child. At the moment, two casualties have been reported. My condolences to their families and loved ones." This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote in a post on social media. “This week alone, more than 1,300 attack drones, about 1,050 guided aerial bombs and 29 missiles of various types have been launched,” he added, “which is why Ukraine still needs more protection, especially more missiles for air defence systems”.
