Milan, 26 January (LaPresse) – Regarding the trilateral meeting between Russia, the US and Ukraine held in Abu Dhabi, ‘the very fact that these contacts have begun in a constructive manner can be viewed positively,’ but ‘there is still much work to be done.’ This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who stressed, however, that ‘I cannot yet give an assessment’ and ‘it would be a mistake to expect significant results from these initial contacts.’ ‘This is a very complex issue, with complex problems on the agenda,’ he added, according to the Russian news agency Interfax.
