London (United Kingdom), Feb. 3 (LaPresse) – The charity founded by Sarah Ferguson, former Duchess of York, is closing following the publication of emails that show the depth of her friendship with the late sexual abuser Jeffrey Epstein. Sarah's Trust, which worked to improve the lives of women and children, stated that it will close for the “foreseeable future,” following revelations contained in the latest documents released by the United States Department of Justice. Ferguson is the former wife of former Prince Andrew, who was stripped of his royal titles due to his ties to Epstein. “Our chairperson Sarah Ferguson and the board of directors have regrettably agreed that the charity will close shortly for the foreseeable future,” the trust wrote in a statement last night, “the matter has been discussed and prepared for several months.”
