Rome, 23 February (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin met with a delegation of Russian soldiers who died during the war with Ukraine at the Kremlin, according to Tass. During his speech, the Russian president said that supporting the children of ‘fallen heroes’ is ‘a national responsibility’.
