Turin, 14 March (LaPresse) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has submitted a request to Ukraine for talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky. This is reported by Ynet. The Israeli request comes against the backdrop of Kyiv’s extensive experience in shooting down Iranian-made drones, and with the intention of launching Israeli-Ukrainian cooperation on the issue. The Ukrainian ambassador to Israel, Yevgen Korniychuk, confirmed that the request had been received, noting that, due to scheduling constraints, the meeting has not yet taken place, but he hopes it will happen early next week.
