Iran: Over 1,200 casualties in Lebanon since the start of the war

Rome, 29 March (LaPresse/AP) – The death toll in Lebanon from the ongoing war between Israel and Hezbollah has risen to over 1,200. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, over 3,500 people have been injured since the start of this latest military escalation. The casualties include 52 healthcare workers.
