Furthermore, the return to the south of the Litani of more than 600,000 residents of southern Lebanon evacuated to the north will be completely prohibited, until the safety of the northern residents is guaranteed, and all houses in the villages near the border in Lebanon will be demolished according to the models of Rafah and Beit Hanoun in Gaza, in order to eliminate border threats to northern residents once and for all,” he said.
