Dubai (United Arab Emirates), 22 April (LaPresse/AP) – The Iranian Revolutionary Guards opened fire on a container ship in the Strait of Hormuz, damaging it. The UK Maritime Trade Operations Centre (UKMTO) reported that the attack took place at around 7.55 am local time in the strait and targeted a container ship. The UKMTO added that a Pasdaran patrol boat did not warn the ship before opening fire. No injuries have been reported.
