Siena, 15 April (LaPresse) – At the MPS shareholders’ meeting, the list put forward by PLT Holding, which proposes Luigi Lovaglio as CEO, prevailed. The list won with 49.95% of the capital present at the meeting. The list put forward by the board of directors, which proposed Fabrizio Palermo as CEO, obtained 38.79% of the votes, whilst the list put forward by the managers of Assogestioni obtained 6.94% of the votes.
